The profile
Paris firm founded in 2023 by Paul-Adrien Hyppolite, previously of the French Treasury's financial markets division, and Antoine Michon, licensed as an investment firm by the ACPR under number 19183 and acting as transfer agent for French-domiciled money market funds whose share registers sit on public blockchains rather than in a registrar's book. Its EU and US Treasury bill funds, approved by the Autorité des Marchés Financiers and launched in June 2024 with CACEIS as depositary, were the first UCITS funds in the European Union with a fully tokenized register, and accept subscriptions from one euro or dollar.
