Licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore in March 2026, the SC Ventures tokenisation platform reports more than $1bn of assets tokenized and began with a Singapore dollar government bond fund that the parties called a first for a tokenised government bond fund.
The profile
Tokenisation platform launched by SC Ventures, Standard Chartered's innovation arm, on 14 November 2023, which structures and issues tokenized funds and government bond vehicles for regulated managers on public chains including Ethereum, Arbitrum, Avalanche and Solana. Its first mandate was a tokenized Singapore dollar government bond fund managed by FundBridge Capital, administered by Vistra and submitted for a credit rating, which the parties described as a first for a tokenised government bond fund. It received a Capital Markets Services licence from the Monetary Authority of Singapore in March 2026 and reports more than $1bn of assets tokenized; a funding round led by GSR with AlloyX and Monk's Hill Ventures was announced on 8 April 2026.
