The profile
Luxembourg platform that structures, issues and administers digital securities on Blockstream's Liquid Network, making it one of the few tokenisation venues built on the Bitcoin stack rather than a general-purpose smart contract chain. The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier authorised it as a crypto-asset service provider and a payment institution ahead of the 1 July 2026 MiCAR deadline, which lets it run onboarding, payments and token servicing under one supervisor. It reports $1.3bn of digital securities under administration and more than $312m of investor payouts processed, across structured notes linked to bitcoin mining and energy, listed equities and private funds. Its best-known instrument is the Blockstream Mining Note, a hashrate-linked security token distributed to regulated investors through the platform.
