Tokenisation infrastructure provider for commodities, energy and agricultural credit, operating through the UK-registered entity Universal Demeter Limited with its commercial base in Argentina and Brazil. With the Argentine generator YPF Luz it announced Enertoken in March 2026, tokenising more than $800m of energy assets on the XRP Ledger in a first phase and handling contracting, consumption tracking, billing and reporting for large electricity buyers against those tokenised assets. Its other lines are Aura, which issues digital credit guarantees used by banks, a traceability platform applied to deforestation-free soy with Bunge, and tokenised agricultural credit instruments with Banco BV, a set of use cases where the asset being represented is a physical delivery obligation rather than a security.
