The profile

Tokenisation infrastructure firm whose group entities are authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority in the United Kingdom and the Central Bank of Ireland, with Ctrl Alt Solutions DMCC licensed by Dubai's Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority as a virtual asset service provider and broker-dealer. It built and operates the Dubai Land Department's title deed tokenisation platform on the XRP Ledger, the first case of a government property registry issuing ownership records on a public chain; phase one tokenised ten properties worth AED 18.5m, about $5m, from a minimum ticket of AED 2,000, and phase two on 20 February 2026 opened roughly 7.8 million of those tokens to secondary trading with custody provided by Ripple. The firm reported more than $850m of assets tokenised across real estate, private credit, funds and litigation finance as of February 2026, against a Dubai Land Department projection of AED 60bn, about $16bn, of tokenised property by 2033.
